Located in Currimundi on the Sunshine Coast, Robe Street features standing seam and flat lock cladding in elZinc in Slate and Prefa Aluminium in Patina Grey. Designed for coastal conditions, the curved standing seam detailing creates a continuous architectural form across roof and façade.
Working alongside Sparks Architects and Valdal Projects, Ionclad played a central role in shaping the architectural intent of the home. Given its waterfront location, zinc and aluminium were selected for their durability and corrosion resistance, performing exceptionally in coastal environments exposed to salt, moisture and wind. This ensures long-term performance in coastal conditions, resulting in an award-winning home where considered design meets lasting materials.
